This video was taken by a cruise ship crewmember (photographer?) on Royal Caribbean’s Explorer of the Season.
From the commentary, it is the last day of the crewmember’s second contract during 2009. She gives a tour of her shared cabin during the first two minutes of the video. During the final two minutes of the video she pans over all the photos on her cabin wall.
