As you will see when you follow the above links, many cruise lines have online job applications that can be completed via their own websites. Alternatively, some cruise lines utilize a global network of hiring partners and ship management companies to assist in the recruitment process.
Some hiring partners such as Sea Chefs, V. Ships, and CMI Ship Management look after more than one cruise line or tour company. Also, some cruise lines use one partner or concession to hire hotel crew, and use a different concession to hire their nautical and technical crew. Instead, tour guides, lecturers and expedition staff are typically hired directly through the cruise line or tour company.
