Marella Cruises is a British cruise line that operates four older cruise ships around the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia. Their parent company is TUI Group.
History of Marella Cruises
Marella Cruises was previously known as Thomson Cruises, until it rebranded itself in 2017. During the rebranding, the Thomson Cruises’ fleet adopted new names for their ships. Marella Cruises is owned by German-based TUI Group, the group that also owns TUI Cruises.
From May 2018, Marella Cruises partnered with Champneys, UK’s health spa. Columbia Cruise Services looks after the ship management of the Marella fleet.
