Located in Canada, Proship Entertainment is a global Recruitment Partner of Crystal Cruises, exclusively for Orchestra Musicians. Proship Entertainment has also administered musician positions with Cunard, Princess Cruises, Regent Seven Seas, and P&O Australia.
Proship operates on a low or no commission basis. The majority of their cruise line clients pay them directly therefore no commission is taken out of the musician’s pay. In the rare case of a commission based negotiated contract, Proship gets paid only when the musician is paid.
