Facts About TUI Cruises
TUI Cruises was founded in 2008 as a joint venture between parent company, TUI AG, and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd (now Royal Caribbean Group). Besides TUI Cruises, TUI Group also operates Marella Cruises. In 2020, TUI Group sold its Hapag Lloyd Cruises subsidiary to TUI Cruises. TUI Group has plans to introduce TUI River Cruises in 2021.

Between 2014 and 2019, TUI Cruises introduced six new ships, Mein Schiff 3, Mein Schiff 4, Mein Schiff 5, Mein Schiff 6, Mein Schiff 1, and Mein Schiff 2. They have plans to debut three more ships between 2023 and 2026.
