Noble Caledonia operates a fleet of ocean-going cruise ships as well as a fleet of river cruise ships. Almost all of their ships are chartered from other ship owners. They recruit through third party concessionaires for hotel and technical operations, but recruit in-house for their field staff positions.
Privately-owned Noble Caledonia was established in 1991, operating one ship, Caledonia Star. The Island Sky and Caledonian Sky replaced the Caledonian Star as their flagships. In spring 2016 Hebridean Sky (former name: Sea Explorer) was launched after a multi-million-pound refurbishment. These ex-Renaissance Cruises sister vessels accommodate less than 120 guests and over 70 crew members each. Their cruises feature lectures and classical music recitals instead of costumed cabaret shows and the atmosphere on board is very British
Noble Caledonia recruits in-house for their Field Staff roles including Cruise Director, Expedition Leader, Assistant Cruise Director, Assistant Expedition Leader, Naturalist, Zodiac Driver, and Guest Speaker. Interested applicants with at least 2 years’ experience in any of the positions may submit their CV to [email protected].
Noble Caledonia do not recruit officers or crew, instead contact one of their recruiting partners below.
