Noble Caledonia owns three small cruise ships as well as chartering over 70 ocean-going and river vessels. They recruit through third party concessionaires for hotel and technical operations, but recruit in-house for their field staff positions.
Privately-owned Noble Caledonia was established in 1991, operating one ship, Caledonia Star. The Island Sky and Caledonian Sky replaced the Caledonian Star as their flagships. In spring 2016 Hebridean Sky (former name: Sea Explorerer) was launched after a multi-million pound refurbishment. These ex-Renaissance Cruises sister vessels accommodate less than 120 guests and over 70 crew members each. Their cruises feature lectures and classical music recitals instead of costumed cabaret shows and the atmosphere on board is very British
Noble Caledonia recruits in-house for their Field Staff roles including Cruise Director, Expedition Leader, Assistant Cruise Director, Assistant Expedition Leader, Naturalist, Zodiac Driver, and Guest Speaker. Interested applicants with at least 2 years’ experience in any of the positions may submit their CV to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Noble Caledonia do not recruit officers or crew. If you are interested in working on board Island Sky or Caledonian Sky please contact:
