Norwegian Cruise Line has recently posted a number of job opportunities onboard their Pride of America ship in Hawaii. These jobs are only for United States citizens (or Green Card holders) due to the flag of the ship. Find out which cruise ship jobs are available and how to apply for these jobs.
About Norwegian Cruise Line and Pride of America
Norwegian Cruise Line operates 17 ships and they have six new ships scheduled to be delivered between 2022 and 2027. They are operated under their parent company, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH), which also operates the cruise brands, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
Norwegian Cruise Line hires an international crew with recruitment partners in many parts of the world, except when it comes to their ship, Pride of America. The Pride of America has a year-round Hawaiian itinerary and is the only large passenger US-flagged vessel. As per US Coast Guard regulations, crew onboard the Pride of America must be United States Citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders).
