Oceania Cruises operates six cruise ships with itineraries that visit more than 300 ports of call. They have orders for two new ships to be delivered, one in 2023 and another in 2025.

Founded in 2002, Oceania Cruises offers a warm and inviting country club casual ambiance with a demographic that tends to attract guests that are mature and discerning travelers. They do not have facilities or programming for children.
In 2007, Apollo Group acquired Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. It then created Prestige Cruise Holdings to hold its luxury cruise investments. In 2014, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings acquired Prestige Cruise Holdings, Oceania Cruises’ parent company, from Apollo Group.
Oceania Cruises continues to use The Apollo Group to recruit for positions in Food & Beverage and also the Housekeeping departments. The Apollo Group works with an authorized list of hiring agents worldwide.
Oceania Cruises launched its own brand, Aquamar Spa and Vitality Center in 2019, transitioning away from its decade long relationship with Canyon Ranch to operate its shipboard spas.
